Orders & Delivery Information
Webstore Christmas Open Times (all orders are sent via next day shipping)
Please be aware this time of year can be very busy, especially for couriers, so there may be shipping delays the closer we get to Christmas.
Thursday 18th December: Order before 1:30pm for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Monday 22nd December: Order before 1.30pm for last minute shipping before Christmas.
Monday 5th January: Open - Back to normal, happy new year!
Orders can still be placed during our off times, however they will not be fulfilled till Monday 5th January.
Things to know before purchasing:
- All parcels are sent as Next-Day Delivery via DHL.
- We currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland. However, there are a number of European traders that stock us, so be sure to look out for Neon Raptor.
- Free delivery on 12 cans or more.
- Orders are processed Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays. We don't send beer out Friday-Sunday.
- Occasionally, there may be delays with shipping for next-day delivery due to volume going out that day. These orders will be delayed no more than 2 days.
- Order cut-off is 1.30 PM to receive beer the next day (except Friday-Sunday orders which get sent out Monday).
- Please be aware parcels may be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place, if unable to be delivered at the door.
- Beer may be substituted for a similar item if it is no longer in stock, or the item will be refunded.
- Crowdfund perk items will not necessarily be sent with our regular shop items and may be sent separately.
